Butter Fried Rice

Very simple recipe and easy to do is butter fried rice.
Ingredients:
Rice
Butter
Chicken Cube
Salt
Mix Veggie (or if you don't have, you may used carrot, long beans or any kind of veggie that you like) – cut in a cube
Garlic (Finely chopped)
Egg (You may add if you like)
How to cook:
1. Put butter in a wok and add garlic. After 2 or 3 minutes (after garlic brown) add mixed veggie.
2. Put chicken cube and stir for 3-4 minutes. Add pinch of salt
3. You may cook your egg separately and put aside.
4. Put rice into the veggie mixture wok and stir. In a slow fire, stir for 5-10 minutes.
Ready to served.
